Tee times shown on the IG Start Sheet are NOT the tee times allocated to teams which remain as given by the Open organiser.  The reason is that tee times for the Open are every 8 minutes whereas the Start Sheet is tied to current club tee times which are every 10 minutes and cannot be changed for one competition.
