It was a good day, course was challenging and provided some frustration for players which was great, rather than being easy, myself included.  Loved the 1st six holes, went down hill after that.  Hospitality and food was good, price and the deal was good and I think we will defo be back at some point.

We love attending Burghill Valley GC for our annual Champions fixture, and thank you for your lovely gesture of a four ball voucher.

I spoke to Amy on Thursday to thank you all. As I said to her, the service we got, the attitude from everyone at the club was absolutely first class.

The food was spot on, and the chef could not have been more accommodating.

Thank you for the complimentary 4 ball. Our Captain for next year wants to come and play, so I will be in touch soon. We had our Captain's Away day at Burghill in 2018 and it would be ideal. However, we usually have a Friday in June, which Amy said none were available. I told him the situation and he is considering whether to choose another day.

I will be in touch if we can get the 4 ball sorted. Otherwise, I will be at Burghill again on the 4th September, as 4 of us have played in your AMAM for a number of years now.

I am sure you had a great day too on Wednesday, and the Graduation Day went as well as possible. Proud day eh!

Just a quick note to thank you for the day we spent at Burghill Valley recently.

All the guys thoroughly enjoyed the day with some special compliments paid in relation to the food laid on after our golf.

I think everyone agreed it was probably the best ‘golf cub’ meal that we have been lucky enough to experience, and the course was in excellent shape even allowing for the torrential downpour just before we started.

One thing I have learnt from this year … if I can’t hit it straight more often I will have to stop using yellow golf balls ….. in the orchard areas! The windfall apples (and there were many of them!) are exactly the same size and colour!

We will certainly consider Burghill Valley again – though as many of our dwindling group are well into their 70s we shall have to see what next year brings! We may not achieve a quorum!

I will contact you again when I am back at the ranch to provide you with the four ball voucher details which you kindly agreed to extend.

We had a really wonderful day on Friday, solely down to the staff at the club.

From the minute that I walked in, the lady behind the bar had spotted / assumed that I was a GLADRAG, directed me to the coffee etc.

The chef then came out and immediately asked if we wanted our bacon rolls.

Following this, you also came and spoke with me in person. The welcome letter and 4-ball voucher were well appreciated. 

Finally, Andy popped out from the pro shop and said hello as well, which was great. 

Everyone mentioned how nice it was to have us back. (We couldn’t find a suitable date last year unfortunately). 

I haven’t even written about the course..! As you know, we play lots of different places and I have to say that the course was in cracking condition and the greens were the best that I’ve played on all year.

The food was also great, extremely tasty, good portion sizes, super compliments to the kitchen staff as well.

Amy and Mark - it’s a huge compliment to you and the team on the wonderful customer service throughout your business and basically, the genuine affection shown to us.

We thoroughly enjoyed it despite some heavy rain! The course held up fantastically and it was great to meet Mark.

The staff were an absolute credit to the club. Every member thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the food was spot on.

First of all, a big thank you to you and all staff at Burghill for a great day yesterday.

The course was very wet and fully understand why buggies were suspended but the general condition of your course was excellent. In the end it did not matter as all 12 made their way around.

The meal far excelled our expectations, compliments to the kitchen staff. 

Habberley Old Boys was formed after the closure of Habberley Golf Club, Kidderminster in 2017 and I played Burghill several times whilst there. After the closure the majority of members joined Churchill & Blakedown Golf Club and I formed Habberley Old Boys to keep our group together. We have played Burghill under both names a few times and fully enjoy it. Three or four of us yesterday agreed it is probably our favourite day out venue, helped by the social welcome from your members.

Thank you for the generous complimentary four ball, which we will certainly take up probably in the Spring next year and will arrange a meal also. In addition there is a chance we may have another Habberley Old Boys visit next year, with our normal larger numbers but someone other than me will be arranging that.

Thought I would write and let you know how our day went yesterday; don't worry.....

Firstly, very impressed with all my interactions with "The Office," especially considering the uncertainties regarding weather and bugies.

The bar and catering staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble with both food and service being excellent.

We all enjoyed the course, with really good and well designed greens along with excellent tee areas and facilities. I would say our own club, Kings Norton, is fairly long, so a few thought they would "smash" your shorter par 4's - not one of use played to our handicap!!!!

In summary, we all had a great day and felt welcomed and comfortable at an all round great club.

Just a quick thank you note for welcoming us to Burghill Vally GC yesterday for our FosKyn Tour Society Day – the day was enjoyed by everyone.
The course was a delight and the welcome received in the clubhouse together with the food was excellent.
Many thanks once again – perhaps we will make another visit in the future.

I just wanted to send an email to say thank you for the Junior Golf taster session that you put on last weekend. My daughter, Sienna, has been asking about coming to play golf for ages and was really excited to be able to come. Mike was fantastic and really patient with the children. He managed to weave in a bit of basic coaching whilst making sure the children were having lots of fun. We will definitely be coming to the monthly sessions - Sienna is looking forward to it already.
