We are looking for a committed, reliable, personable, hardworking and flexible team player to work as a cook/chef in our busy Golf Club covering many roles. The suitable candidate should be able to prepare and cook a wide variety of meals from sandwiches to prepare and serve our Sunday Carvery.
Experience of working in a busy kitchen/bar environment with multiple roles are essential. You will also be responsible for the cellar management. The candidate must also be able to work in the bar and restaurant with front of house skills, working weekends on a rota basis. Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook a variety of food from sandwiches to a three-course meal.
· Working in a busy kitchen, bar and restaurant.
· Keyholder/locking up on a rota basis.
Hours per week: Full-time, 45 hours per week
Salary: Competitive salary (negotiable)
Location: Burghill Valley Golf Club, Hereford HR4 7RW
